You are in a rural area, and you are asked to respect a certain calm for the good of everyone.
Use the premises and its equipment in a responsible manner.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house. An ashtray is available.
- It is forbidden to play ball on the property.
- Any damage caused will be charged to you.
CANCELLATION
Low and mid-season
Up to 30 days before the date: free of charge
Less than 30 days before : compensation 50%
15 days before : 100% indemnity
High season – July and August
Up to 30 days before the date: free of charge
Less than 30 days before the date: 100% compensation
DEPOSIT
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 200 €, which will be returned to you within 2 days if no damage has been found.
Your breakfasts are extra and must be paid for separately and not deducted from the deposit.
USE OF WATER
Dear guests, we are not connected to the mains water supply here. The only source of water available to you comes from a spring in our garden. To avoid running out, it isessentialto save as much as possible when you shower, especially during the dry summer months. Thank you for your understanding. Let’s be eco-responsible.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open between 9.30am and 10am
We live in an exceptionally peaceful natural environment. To avoid disturbing neighbours and nearby game, you will be asked to make as little noise as possible. You must always accompany and supervise your children. We decline all responsibility in the event of an accident. You alone are responsible for your children.
- To avoid any risk of accident, diving is forbidden as the water is not high enough.
- For safety reasons, smoking is not permitted around the pool, as the wooden decking is made of wood.
- It is forbidden to use the gîte’s bath towels; a beach towel is obligatory.
If any excesses are observed, access to the pool will be denied.
